Craig,
So much of your personal observations appear to be from years of introspection, study and wisdom that comes with age. In our early adulthood, we view the world as a sprint, our limited knowledge makes us "all knowing" and we are impatience due to an overabundance of energy.
The maturity that comes with experience and recognizing the imperfections of all humans (if learned) leads to so many of the traits you have developed.

As they say, youth is wasted on the young!!

Great list for less stress and more success.

Not always easy to do but I find that remembering my personal mission to serve, lead and teach helps me to take a deep breath and a step back.

My purpose serves as an anchor to both encourage and enable me to put this worthy list into practice when I might otherwise disengage.

Thanks, Craig!
